1. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement ") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 88hf (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through 88hf.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this Agreement, including any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein.
This Agreement applies to all products and services available on the 88hf platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, snooker, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slots, crash games, Lucky Dice, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. 88hf may request documentary evidence of age at any point, including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. 2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 88hf. Creating duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual (identified by device fingerprint, shared IP address, matching payment details, or other investigative methods), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them may be voided.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 88hf account. 2.4 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 88hf account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the mobile banking provider. Visa and Mastercard transactions may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your balance, depending on card issuer processing times. 88hf does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 88hf's control.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within a standard timeframe of up to 24 hours from the time of the approved request, though most transactions are completed significantly faster. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed. 88hf reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.
3.5 No Currency Conversion
All 88hf accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the exact amount sent to your payment account, without any exchange rate markup or conversion fee applied by 88hf.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 88hf welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, structured as a 100% match on the first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players in Bangladesh who have not previously held an account on the platform. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.).
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses on 88hf are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the total amount subject to wagering is ৳2,000, meaning you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳40,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or specific game types may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Validity
Bonuses that are not claimed or used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account will expire automatically and be removed from your balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Time-limited promotional bonuses may carry shorter validity windows, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
4.4 Abuse of Promotions
88hf actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk, high-coverage bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; colluding with other players to abuse a promotion; or using automated betting systems in conjunction with bonus funds. If bonus abuse is detected, 88hf reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.
5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 88hf platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point of interaction with the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial use, resale, or systematic exploitation of the platform's features is prohibited.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or use any technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection limits, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform without express written consent from 88hf.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 88hf support staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the security of the platform's systems.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. 88hf cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally when required.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 88hf platform — including but not limited to the 88hf brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88hf or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 7.2 Accuracy of Odds and Results
All odds displayed on the 88hf platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked and will not change for that specific wager. In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or bets being accepted at manifestly wrong prices, 88hf reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Players will be notified of any such voiding.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88hf's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88hf shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
7.4 Third-Party Services
The 88hf platform integrates with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. 88hf is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any dispute with a third-party provider (for example, a failed bKash transaction) should be raised both with the relevant provider and with 88hf support, and 88hf will assist in investigation where reasonably possible.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Accounts subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may have that bonus forfeited upon voluntary closure.
8.2 Suspension and Involuntary Closure

8.3 Self-Exclusion
